Do you ship outside of the US?
I ship within the US only at the moment, but I hope to expand shipping to other countries soon.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds or exchanges will be offered dependent on the situation. Please submit a contact form regarding refund/exchange of item. Must send proof of payment and images of item within 15 days.
How do you care for glass?
Please gently hand wash all glass items with lukewarm water and soap. All glasswork should be used for decorative purposes only.
